Do you need to develop your leadership communication skills?

On Thursday, October 20, 2016 I will be facilitating the Effective Organizational Leadership: Engage and Execute program at Kent State’s Regional Academic Center in Twinsburg. This program is designed to help current leaders get the best out of their employees. Do you know that 44% of employees admit to doing as little as possible and getting away with it? So what can leaders do to encourage employees to give their best?

Great leadership is about communicating, engaging and adapting to get results. One of the best ways to do this is to provide employees with immediate and timely feedback. Employees need to know where they stand, but in a way that reduces their defensiveness and motivates them to change their behavior. This program will provide you tips, models and best practices to do just that, along with many other key leadership ideas that will help make your job easier, less stressful and more rewarding.
